West Pawnee Ranch is offering a hands-on cooking class. Nuevo Latino is a hot cooking trend and some of the leaders of this movement are Cuban. Learn more about the New Wave Cuban cooking by taking the hands-on class from award winning cookbook author Beverly Cox.

Calving Season

Our ranch offers the unique
opportunity to participate in calving season
during the months of March and April. Watching
calves run & play is a wonderful sight,
and possibly seeing one born is an unforgettable
experience. After a hearty ranch breakfast,
feeding hay to the cows and calves is a must!
